How Our Sessions Work
💚At Skills Over School Project CIC, we run different sessions for different needs, and young people are grouped thoughtfully to make sure they feel comfortable, supported, and able to get the most out of their time with us.
- Some sessions are designed for young people who struggle in mainstream education, including those who are neurodivergent or experiencing anxiety or school avoidance.
- Other sessions are specifically for young people referred by schools or professional services.
- We also run separate sessions for young people referred by police or youth intervention teams.
This means that not all young people attend the same sessions, and we carefully consider each young person’s needs, background, and circumstances when placing them in a group.
Our aim is always to create a calm, safe environment where everyone feels comfortable and supported 💚
