Sessions may include:

✔ Team challenges and problem-solving
✔ Planning and creating small business ideas
✔ Budgeting, money skills, and decision-making
✔ Communication and teamwork
✔ Creative projects linked to enterprise ideas

Young people can take on different roles depending on what feels comfortable — from planning and designing, to creating, organising or supporting others.

A supportive, low-pressure session focused on helping young people build confidence, independence, and the skills they need for everyday life.

Activities are flexible and adapted to the group, but may include:

✔ Everyday life skills (communication, organisation, decision-making)
✔ Confidence building and self-esteem
✔ Exploring interests, strengths, and future options
✔ Gentle social interaction and teamwork
✔ Practical activities and real-life problem solving

Thursdays 11-16 Creative Workshop

Fridays 11-16 Create & Build Workshop

Fridays 11-16 Create & Build Workshop

A relaxed, hands-on session focused on creativity, making, and self-expression in a calm, supportive environment.

This is a space where young people can switch off from pressure and enjoy creating at their own pace. Whether they love art or just need something calming to focus on, this session is all about building confidence through making.

Activities may include:

✔ Woodwork and practical builds
✔ Art, design, and creative projects
✔ Upcycling and making useful items
✔ Seasonal crafts and themed projects
✔ Working independently or alongside others

There’s no pressure to be “good” at art or to follow strict instructions — young people are encouraged to explore, try new things, and take pride in what they create.

This session is ideal for those who:

  • enjoy hands-on, creative activities
  • find making things calming and rewarding
  • prefer a quieter, low-pressure environment
  • want to build confidence in a practical way

Fridays 11-16 Create & Build Workshop

Fridays 11-16 Create & Build Workshop

A hands-on, practical workshop where young people design, build, and create real items they can take home — building confidence, skills, and a sense of achievement along the way.

Each session focuses on a different project, giving young people the opportunity to learn basic tools, techniques, and problem-solving skills in a safe and supportive environment.

Projects may include:

✔ Bird boxes, planters, and feeders
✔ Small furniture or useful home items
✔ Seasonal and outdoor builds
✔ Creative construction and design projects

Young people are supported step-by-step but encouraged to take ownership of their work, building independence and confidence as they go.

There’s no pressure to get everything perfect — the focus is on learning, trying, and feeling proud of what they’ve created.

This session is ideal for those who:

  • enjoy practical, hands-on activities
  • like building and making things
  • benefit from active, engaging learning
  • want to gain confidence using tools and materials

We keep groups small to ensure plenty of support, helping each young person feel capable and successful.
